The February 2-5 Grand Rapids Camper, Travel & RV Show at the DeVos Center sounds like fun. Maybe some of us can meet up or even carpool to the show? Here’s what they advertise:

Two speakers of particular interest are full-time 5th-wheelers Howard and Linda Payne. I’ve followed their journey for years on RV-Dreams.com and have even met these outgoing and generous RVers. Their website is crammed with amazing resources and information (including detailed financials) for people contemplating or already full-timing in a RV (and even occasional RVers like me). The Paynes organize one or two RV-Dream rallies each year to educate, encourage, and support full-timers and wannabees. In 2012 the dates are April 24-29 in Kerrville Texas. The Paynes cut loose from corporate America in the early 40s and have been RVing full-time ever since.
John Holod and Jodie Ginter
Photographer, documentary filmmaker, RVer, and world traveler John Holod will be presenting virtual tours of Alaska, the Rocky Mountains, and East Coast. He studied at Wayne State University, travels in a Born Free, and sounds fascinating. Jodie Ginter is the co-producer.
